Our Project Needs Your Support

Yesterday I was very pleased to witness our installing a memorial to Joseph Greenslade at the rapid-growth ‘Miyawaki’ forest we’ve planted alongside the Bagmati River in Kathmandu. Compliments to Lily Katuwal and her team at Lily’s Leaves on this job really well done:

In general, our Urban Nature Programme involving the planting of these forests funded through grants from Foundations and corporates, or donations made through The Big Give, in memoriam or through final gifts made in Wills.

If you would like to commission a similar forest in Kathmandu, just drop me a line. The commission doesn’t have to be ‘in memoriam’. It could be to mark a special occasion or be a gift to a friend. It costs £10 per square metre of forest, with the minimum commission being £500.

And with a Big Give coming up in December, your gift could automatically double in value, creating two forest patches for the price of one! If interested, let me know asap please.
