I am really over the moon to share with you that we reached our initial Big Give matching pledge target of £50,000 before today’s 5 p.m. deadline. This is the most that we could possibly raise as a campaign participant. Thank you so much to the Foundations, corporates and individuals for their generosity.
Now it’s over to The Big Give to see if they can match this amount from one of their in-house ‘Champions’. If they can, that will see us joining this year’s ‘Earth Raise’ campaign on 22nd April with a combined matching pledge pot of £100,000. And in turn, that means that through online donations made during the subsequent week we stand to raise £200,000 – the most we have ever secured in a Big Give campaign.
If you or your organisation would like to work with us strategically in reaching this final target in April, please e mail me now – philip@pipaltree.org.uk. The name of the game is to aim off in good time. Thank you.
