We keep our communications with supporters to the bare minimum – perhaps ten per year around our various campaigns and associated activities. And we use only emails, maintaining a very simple and secure database through Mailchimp.

Actually, we’re pleased to be a niche charity that has a family feel to it, that we proactively maintain at no more than a thousand loyal supporters.
