We receive donations from around the world from the general public, from Trusts and Foundations and from corporate supporters.

We channel most of our income through The Big Give matched-donation platform, allowing gifts to automatically double in value. We usually run five Big Give campaigns each year for general purposes or themed around the environment, education or women and girls.

In addition, we take part in challenges including marathons and long distance treks with Founder Philip Holmes taking on an annual challenge that is enthusiastically supported. In 2026 you can become a team member in our ‘Year of the Sixes’ challenge.

A growing source of income is gifts in Wills, through which supporters have a last chance to make a transformative gift towards a cause and a country that they care about. To find out more, follow this link.
